Paid Advertising Specialist, Lead Generation

📋 Description

• Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok
• Maintain accurate campaign setup, tracking, naming conventions, quality assurance, and platform
• Independently manage campaign timelines, budgets, pacing, day-to-day performance, and key
• Build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising programs from execution through reporting and
• Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, develop testing hypotheses, and
• Incorporate client goals, business constraints, brand considerations, and performance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, with agency experience considered a plus.
• At least 1 year of direct-response marketing experience, particularly within e-commerce; lead
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta or Google Ads for direct-response campaigns
• At least 1 year of experience contributing to or leading paid advertising strategy for
• Experience with Google Analytics and Shopify, with familiarity with additional marketing and
• At least 1 year of client-facing experience, including professional communication and stakeholder
