  • Run day-to-day paid campaigns: search (Google/Microsoft), LinkedIn, display, and retargeting.
  • Manage budgets to support pipeline, CPL, and ROAS; report results to senior leadership.
  • Support organic social on LinkedIn and other platforms; contribute to content calendar with Brand/Content teams.
  • Build, test, and optimise creative, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversions to MQL.
  • Monitor paid performance as AI shifts buyer behavior; flag insights to the team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure UTM tracking and attribution; keep funnel data clean in HubSpot and Salesforce.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid digital marketing in B2B SaaS/tech; multi-channel campaigns.
  • Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager; Microsoft Ads experience.
  • Experience with organic and paid social in a B2B context; LinkedIn for enterprise.
  • Analytical; comfortable with dashboards, attribution, and senior stakeholder reporting.
  • HubSpot and Salesforce for lead tracking; GA4 and UTM attribution familiarity.
  • Awareness of AI-driven trends (AEO, GEO, zero-click) and their impact.
