📋 Description

• Manage and continuously optimize Meta Ads campaigns across approximately seven active client
• Monitor campaign performance, key metrics, budgets, lead quality, and pacing to identify issues and
• Analyze campaign data independently and diagnose underperforming campaigns, developing and

• Manage client advertising budgets responsibly and ensure campaigns remain appropriately paced

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of agency experience in paid media, with a proven track record managing multiple client
• Strong and current hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup
• Demonstrated ability to independently analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize lead-generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics and the ability to translate data into
