🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in paid media, either within an agency or an in-house marketing
• Demonstrated experience managing more than $1 million in monthly advertising spend across multiple
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Strong full-funnel media buying capabilities, including budget forecasting, campaign pacing
• Proven experience designing and executing measurement strategies, including incrementality testing
• Deep understanding of attribution models, KPI selection, marketing measurement, and business
