📋 Description

• Own paid media strategy and performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and future paid channels.
• Manage external paid media agencies, setting expectations and ensuring alignment with business
• Define campaign goals, KPIs, budget allocation, and optimization strategies.
• Develop a roadmap to move paid media from agency-led to a stronger internal model.
• Personally optimize campaigns when appropriate while establishing scalable processes and
• Lead Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and SKU-level campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in paid media, performance marketing, or digital acquisition roles.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads with campaign strategy and analysis.
• Experience managing external agencies and holding partners accountable for results.
• Strong analytical/financial mindset to evaluate performance via revenue and efficiency metrics.
• Experience owning paid media budgets and data-driven investment decisions.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and testing frameworks.
