📋 Description

• Lead paid media strategy: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize full-funnel advertising campaigns
• Manage advertising budgets: Oversee significant paid media investments, including monthly ad spend
• Analyze marketing performance: Use Triple Whale, Northbeam, or comparable attribution platforms to
• Own email and SMS marketing: Manage end-to-end lifecycle marketing through Klaviyo, including
• Optimize customer journeys: Develop and refine automated email and SMS flows, including welcome
• Coordinate creative development: Prepare creative briefs, create visual mockups using Canva

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of marketing and advertising experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on
• Proven experience managing more than $1 million in annual Meta Ads spend, alongside practical
• Demonstrated ability to manage more than $100,000 in monthly paid media spend across customer
• Strong expertise in full-funnel e-commerce marketing, including customer acquisition, conversion
• Required hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including email and SMS campaign management, automated
• Experience using Triple Whale, Northbeam, or a comparable attribution platform to assess campaign
