📋 Description

• Own and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, YouTube
• Drive ad creative testing: design tests, measure, and scale
• Analyse performance data daily and translate into decisions
• Rebuild Google Ads presence: Search and Shopping
• Collaborate with creative team to brief ads
• Reconcile platform data with back-end sales data for accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated paid media experience with Meta Ads as strongest channel
• Proven track record of driving net new customer growth with CAC/ROAS impact
• Structured experimentation — hypothesis, test, measure, iterate
• Solid knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and Triple Whale/Northbeam
• Identify and resolve attribution discrepancies between platform and back-end data
• Prior remote work experience with remote collaboration tools; US/UK-based preferred
