Own the execution, performance, and growth of marketing services for enterprise accounts
Provide analysis and action plans from campaign data and client sources (GA, Shopify)
Participate in weekly department scrums and training to grow channel knowledge
Continuously improve campaign performance against client goals
Maintain frequent, clear communication with internal teams and clients
Leverage AI tools and Nova ecosystem to optimize workflows

🎯 Requirements

4-5 years digital marketing; 3+ years in an agency setting
4+ years hands-on SEM; bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy
3+ campaign types: Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Local, Bing
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google/Microsoft Office
Strong ability to derive insights from marketing data and tell stories
Excellent written/verbal communication, organization, and client focus
