📋 Description

• Own Paid Social strategy across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Set budget allocation with scale/hold/stop decisions.
• Lead incrementality and attribution testing.
• Oversee agency optimization: campaigns, bidding, tracking.
• Partner with Performance Marketing, Product, Data & Compliance.
• Identify growth opportunities and support new-market launches.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Paid Social with large acquisition budgets.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and platforms like Snap/TikTok/Reddit/X.
• Mobile attribution and tracking with MMPs: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch.
• Highly analytical and data-driven with large datasets.
• Experience optimizing web and mobile app campaigns.
• Experience managing external agencies and turning analyses into recommendations.
