📋 Description

  • Drive ideation, strategy, and scalable paid campaigns to grow revenue.
  • Develop testing agendas and media plans for the program.
  • Grow key metrics (MQLs, pipeline, revenue); report performance regularly.
  • Collaborate with campaigns, design, ops, product marketing, analytics, and regional teams.
  • Report campaign performance to stakeholders and share roadmaps.
  • Manage audiences and optimize spend to maximize value.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience (minimum)
  • 5+ years paid digital experience (paid social, display, direct response)
  • 2+ years B2B marketing experience
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, attribution, and incrementality
  • Experience articulating requirements to analytics, campaigns, sales ops, and marketing leadership
  • Marketo or Salesforce experience (preferred); ABM experience helpful
