Paid Social Performance Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Build, launch, monitor, and optimize end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager
• Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, prospecting campaigns, and
• Review campaign performance daily, identify underperforming metrics, and implement timely
• Identify successful campaign structures and scale advertising investment while protecting customer
• Manage organic social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, maintaining a
• Develop content calendars, write engaging captions, and schedule posts, Stories, and Reels

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of direct, hands-on experience personally building, managing, and scaling paid social
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, with TikTok Ads Manager experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience managing advertising budgets with direct accountability for ROAS, CAC, CPA, and
• Demonstrated experience managing organic social media accounts, publishing tools, and content
• Ability to write persuasive direct-response advertising copy and develop clear, actionable creative
• Experience designing and managing structured A/B testing programs across creative assets
