Own strategy on 3-5 accounts or $20k MRR minimum
Lead and manage paid advertising strategy and initiatives
Spearhead strategic talks with clients and own paid social relationship
Direct and hold account teams accountable while maintaining a positive environment
Lead and facilitate strategic decisions and pivots
Mentor junior talent and drive key mentorship moments

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years paid digital advertising (paid social preferred)
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other platforms (TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting metrics, including pivot tables
