🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in paid digital advertising (paid social preferred)
• Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and emerging platforms (TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously
• Client communication and public speaking; Excel/Sheets reporting
