Paint & Coatings Technician

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate ticket system requests for paint projects across the site.
• Prepare, prime, sand, seal, patch, and paint steel surfaces and fixtures.
• Tape, float, paint, and repair wall finishes; apply texture.
• Operate, clean, and maintain painting equipment (brushes, sprayers, pumps).
• Safely store and label all materials daily.
• Erect scaffolding, rigging, and ladders as necessary per safety codes.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years painting experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or manufacturing
• Experience painting indoors and outdoors
• Experience in commercial/industrial painting practices
• Familiarity with code requirements for tools and equipment
• 5+ years painting experience in relevant environments
