📋 Description

• Define and maintain the IAM/PAM policy.
• Define the principles of Least Privilege and Need-to-Know.
• Govern identity lifecycle management processes.
• Define requirements for the Joiner/Mover/Leaver process.
• Govern access to critical systems.
• Define requirements for privileged accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IAM, PAM, or Information Security.
• Strong understanding of modern IAM architectures.
• Good knowledge of MFA, SSO, RBAC, ABAC, LDAP/AD, Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Experience with PAM solutions.
• Good understanding of Zero Trust and Least Privilege.
• Experience in defining security policies and standards.
