📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies to diversify channel recruitment sources to reach out to wider
• Effectively address queries and concerns from panel members through email and other communication
• Write and edit high-quality content for various communication channels, including monthly
• Create and/or manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content and communications
• Conduct panel member database maintenance and quality control validations from time to time.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams within the organization, such as market researchers, data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in content creation, copywriting, or content marketing is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for member engagement.
• A people-person, comfortable engaging with people as well as to liaise over phone call.
• Familiarity with market research, consumer panels, and project management is advantageous.
