Panel Support Specialist (Database Management Chinese Speaker)

📋 Description

• Address queries from panel members through email and other channels, maintaining high customer
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by TV, Digital, and Content Insights panel members
• Conduct panel member database maintenance and quality control validations
• Support panel communications: write/edit content for newsletters, bulletins, web portal updates
• Perform detailed data checks and reporting, highlighting discrepancies
• Support management of household, individual, and technical information database

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of English & Mandarin (written and spoken); additional languages a plus
• Basic understanding of database concepts
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in handling large datasets
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
