Paraeducator - Elementary (26-27)

📋 Description

• Work with students in small groups or 1:1 to reinforce learning.
• Assist in implementing behavior plans and positive reinforcement.
• Support social interactions and foster positive relationships.
• Maintain a safe, respectful classroom environment.
• Support in-person and distance learning as needed.
• Assist with field trips, testing accommodations, and data tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; AA/BA or 48 units; ParaPro.
• Pass ETS ParaPro assessment (460+).
• Proficient in Google Suite: Classroom, Docs, Sheets, Slides.
• Experience with Zoom and Nearpod for distance learning.
• Bilingual in student population languages preferred.
• Strong relationship-building with students, families, and communities.
