📋 Description

• Assist in small groups or 1:1 to reinforce learning.
• Help implement behavior intervention plans.
• Support positive interactions among students with diverse needs.
• Provide emotional support and model appropriate behavior.
• Assist with field trips, assemblies, and school events.
• Provide testing accommodations and track student progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Commitment to KIPP mission and anti-racist educator.
• Strong content area knowledge.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Classroom, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Ability to learn instructional tech (Zoom, Nearpod).
• Bilingual in languages reflecting student populations (preferred).
• Education: HS diploma or equivalent; AA/BA or 48 units; ParaPro passing score.
