Paralegal

📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of vendor and participating provider agreements
• Coordinate all stages of the contracting process, including intake, drafting, negotiation, internal
• Support the development, negotiation, and administration of provider agreements across Medicare
• Assist in structuring and managing risk-bearing provider arrangements, including capitation
• Develop, maintain, and enhance contract templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and standard
• Work closely with network, finance, compliance, and operations teams to provide general contracting

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing, drafting, and negotiating commercial, vendor, and/or
• A bachelor's degree is required. A degree in paralegal studies, a paralegal certificate, or
• Demonstrated experience preparing, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, vendor
• Experience using contract management systems to coordinate workflows, manage approvals, track key
• Direct experience in healthcare or insurance contracting is highly desirable, particularly
• Experience with capitation, shared-savings agreements, risk-bearing contracts, or other value-based
