📋 Description

• Draft, review, and tailor legal agreements for customers, ensuring accuracy.
• Provide customer support via email and online channels.
• Assist onboarding and account setup, including integrations with source code management.
• Answer questions about the platform and available services early in the journey.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports from customer data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve satisfaction and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior Paralegal or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with LegalTech or SaaS concepts.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; proactive problem-solver.
• Comfortable with Google Docs and similar web-based collaboration tools.
