Paralegal

📋 Description

• Support corporate securities matters including SEC filings.
• Draft and manage vendor contracts, NDAs, and services agreements.
• Coordinate outside counsel relationships; track invoices and matters.
• Prepare board and committee materials; maintain minute books.
• Lead anti-bribery due diligence for global third parties.
• Research securities regulations and advise on compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years paralegal experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Associate’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred; Bachelor’s a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with attorneys and teams.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and organizational skills.
• Advanced MS 365 and contract management systems experience.
• Experience in anti-bribery/corruption due diligence is a plus.
