📋 Description

• Draft, comment, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, focusing on brand licenses.
• Create resources, playbooks, procedures, and policies.
• Prepare and deliver internal presentations.
• Respond to legal inquiries from departments, subsidiaries and affiliates.
• Review marketing materials for compliance and disclosures.
• Provide overflow coverage for services, SaaS, software licenses, and NDAs.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years direct experience supporting legal functions, interacting with clients in revenue generating businesses.
• Contract drafting, transactional, and negotiation experience with rights licensing language, royalty structures, and minimum guarantee mechanics.
• Solid foundation in copyright and trademark law, complemented with working knowledge of the multiple legal areas involved in creative and technology space.
• Strong aptitude for technology adoption, including AI for operational efficiencies, workflow management platforms, and embracing process improvement.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams, Jira, Confluence and other similar programs.
