Build AI-native legal tools (intake, contract review, advisory, Asana automation).
Oversee outside counsel spend and governance platforms; ensure billing accuracy.
Manage litigation holds, subpoenas, discovery, and document production.
Primary liaison across outside counsel, regulators, and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

Paralegal certificate or equivalent with high-volume matter experience.
Proficient with SimpleLegal, Coupa, Adobe Sign, and Google Workspace.
Strong written and verbal communication with outside counsel, regulators, executives.
Hands-on with CT Corporation SOP Hub, UCC lien processing, or garnishments.
Exposure to AG complaints, mass arbitration; familiarity with Diligent/NAVEX.
