Design and optimize contract workflow incl. e-signatures; create docs; train users.
Act as Subject Matter Expert to standardize contract processes.
Monitor notices, expirations, and invoicing; build dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

Completed vocational training in business/administration; business-law degree advantageous.
Solid understanding of contract management and processes; basic contract law.
Good to very good knowledge of a CMS.
Confident handling of data quality and standardization using AI tools.
Analytical, structured, with personal responsibility.
Fluency in German and English.
