Paralegal

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and prepare legal agreements with accuracy.
• Provide customer support via email and online channels.
• Assist onboarding and setup, incl. code management integrations.
• Answer questions and guide prospects about platform services early.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports from customer info.
• Collaborate with teams to improve satisfaction and service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Paralegal or in Customer Success/Support is preferred.
• Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts or interest in legal technology and SaaS.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable using Google Docs and similar web-based tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
