• Develop a legal intake brief to capture required information from Marketing partners, including the
• Partner with legal resources to understand required contract components and ensure accurate

• Incorporate feedback from Legal, Marketing, and Client stakeholders to finalize documents.

• Demonstrated tenure in a paralegal or legal operations role, ideally supporting marketing
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple legal documents and workflows
