📋 Description

• Draft, review, and prepare legal agreements tailored to customer requirements while ensuring
• Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving requests, and guiding
• Assist customers with technical onboarding and account setup, including integrations with source
• Support prospective customers by answering questions about the platform and services early in their
• Conduct legal research, prepare reports from customer-provided information, and maintain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve satisfaction, retention, and service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Paralegal, in Customer Success or similar client-facing role preferred.
• Experience drafting/reviewing legal documents with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts or interest in legal tech and SaaS solutions.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and proactive problem solving.
• Comfort with Google Docs and similar web-based tools.
