📋 Description

• Draft and review legal agreements tailored to customer needs with accuracy and compliance.
• Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and guiding users via email and online channels.
• Assist customers with onboarding and account setup, incl. integrations with source control platforms.
• Assist prospects by answering platform questions and outlining available services early.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports from customer data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve satisfaction and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous Paralegal or customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts or interest in legal tech and SaaS.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; proactive problem-solver.
• Comfortable using productivity tools like Google Docs and similar platforms.
