📋 Description

• Draft and review legal agreements tailored to customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer support via email and online channels.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Paralegal, in Customer Success, Customer Support, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
• Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts or an interest in legal technology and SaaS solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable using Google Docs and other web-based collaboration tools.
