Paralegal, Contracts & Operations

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements
• Act as primary interface with customers for contractual matters and lifecycle
• Propose scalable solutions to improve contracting efficiency, including templates
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Legal to streamline contracts
• Implement and administer the CLM platform Summize with Salesforce integration
• Support procurement activities: vendor terms, renewals, and pricing insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent training
• 3+ years of paralegal or contracts experience, ideally in SaaS/tech/fast-growth
• Experience with strategic business agreements, information security, and data privacy (DPAs)
• Strong knowledge of CLM platforms and contract structures
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain concepts to stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
