Prepare LP transfer documents (transfer agreements, consents, subscription agreements)
Liaise with transfer parties on process and timings; assist with execution workflows
Collaborate with lawyers and senior paralegals to deliver high-quality client work
Develop commercial and legal expertise; progress toward SQE route
Rotate across or specialise within one of three practice areas

Organised and efficient; prioritise deadlines and attention to detail
Strong communicator; written and spoken clearly and professionally
Self-starter; take initiative and work independently
Team player; collaborate with lawyers, paralegals, and client-facing teams
Legally educated (preferred); undergraduate Law degree or equivalent; GDL welcome
