📋 Description

• Draft, review, and prepare legal agreements for customers with accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer support via email and online channels.
• Assist onboarding and account setup, including tool integrations.
• Help prospective customers understand platform and services early.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports based on customer data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve satisfaction and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Paralegal, or in customer success/support, preferred.
• Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts or SaaS solutions.
• Excellent written English.
• Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem solving.
• Comfortable using Google Docs and similar web tools.
