📋 Description

• Draft, review, and prepare customer-focused legal agreements.
• Provide exceptional customer support via email and online channels.
• Assist onboarding and account setup, including code management integrations.
• Support prospective customers, answer questions, and explain services early.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports for customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve satisfaction and service.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Paralegal or in customer-facing roles.
• Experience drafting/reviewing legal documents with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with LegalTech and SaaS concepts.
• Excellent English writing skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Google Docs and similar web-based tools.
