Paralegal - LegalTech Customer Service

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and prepare legal agreements tailored to customer requirements while ensuring
• Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving requests, and guiding
• Assist customers with technical onboarding and account setup, including supporting integrations
• Support prospective customers by answering questions about the platform and available services
• Conduct legal research, prepare reports from customer-provided information, and help maintain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Paralegal, in Customer Success, Customer Support, or similar client-facing
• Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts or interest in legal tech and SaaS solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational abilities, and proactive problem-solving.
• Comfortable using modern productivity tools such as Google Docs and similar web-based platforms.
