Paralegal Litigation

📋 Description

• Manage bankruptcy and insolvency matters involving Stripe merchants in Europe, the Middle East
• Provide paralegal support for litigation and regulatory investigations, including fact
• Assist with all aspects of discovery, including implementing legal holds and collecting and
• Handle and respond to small claims matters globally
• Support overall matter management for the Litigation team
• Organize and maintain knowledge-management resources

🎯 Requirements

• Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of relevant litigation paralegal experience
• Demonstrated judgment and ability to drive matters to resolution in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage
• Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across organizational levels and contribute to
• Prior in-house experience as a litigation paralegal (preferred)
