• Review intake files and speak with clients
• Evaluate legal strength of potential claims
• Draft clear recommendations for attorney review
• Manage a high caseload with sensitive client interviews
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on strategy
• Support early development of employment litigation matters

🎯 Requirements

• English Proficiency: C2 level fluent in speaking and writing
• Prior experience in a law office or legal field
• Preferred: Paralegal experience in employment law or civil litigation
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening
