📋 Description

• Draft, review, and prepare legal agreements tailored to customer needs
• Provide customer support via email and online channels
• Assist with onboarding and account setup, incl. integrations
• Support customers by answering questions about the platform
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service

🎯 Requirements

• Prior Paralegal or customer-facing role preferred
• Experience drafting/reviewing legal documents
• Familiarity with LegalTech or SaaS
• Excellent English writing
• Strong analytical, organizational, proactive problem-solving
• Proficient with Google Docs and web-based tools
