📋 Description

• Actively engage students during instruction to meet learning goals (IEP/504)
• Implement interventions and behavior strategies per IEP/504 plan
• Support personal needs and assistive tech per IEP/504
• Provide accommodations, scaffolds, and mods to core content
• Maintain weekly data tracking and drive data-informed adjustments
• Collaborate with teachers and case managers; participate in PD

🎯 Requirements

• Active PARA or SUB license with ISBE
• Maintain prompt daily attendance on assigned schedule
• Mon-Thu 7:30-4:05; Fri 7:30-4:00; after-school meeting
• Total hours: 43.5 (40 + 3.5 OT)
• Stand/walk; lift up to 10 lbs; support IEP/504 needs
• Cleared CPS background check & Faith’s Law attestation
• Preferred: diverse learners experience; data collection; SEL; Google Suite
