Paraprofessional (Pool)

📋 Description

• Assist teachers in implementing instructional activities and small group interventions
• Support student learning through one-on-one or group assistance, including literacy and math
• Help monitor student progress and support assessment administration (e.g., progress monitoring
• Prepare instructional materials, learning aids, and resources
• Serve as first-level substitute coverage for assigned grade level or subject area
• Assist with arrival, dismissal, lunch, and recess duties

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid paraprofessional certification
• OR an associate’s degree (in lieu of paraprofessional certification)
• OR at least 60 completed college credit hours (in lieu of paraprofessional certification)
• An uncompromising belief that all students can learn

• Passing a background check, as required by law
