Manage classroom behaviors
Report behavioral concerns of students to appropriate staff
Implement and maintain behavioral program policies and data
Maintain classroom order and safety (Security)
Provide general supervision of students inside the school setting
Assist in the prevention and management of incidents of non-compliance and/or escalation in behavior

🎯 Requirements

Certified Registered Behavior Technician
Paraprofessional Certification is ideal, but not required (we will help you obtain that)
Security or Juvenile Justice background is helpful
Military Veterans are encouraged to apply
Good driving record and willing and able to drive student van (No CDL needed) is strongly preferred
Ability to operate tactfully under stress
