Act as the main liaison between W-2 and Child Support Agencies (CSAs), ensuring effective
Identify NCPs with limited or inconsistent earnings who may benefit from employment services.
Facilitate referrals to workforce development programs including W-2, Transitional Jobs (TJ), Trial
Track referral outcomes and follow up to ensure engagement and progress.
Collaborate with case managers and program staff to align services with participant needs and child
Maintain accurate records of referrals, services provided, and participant outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

Associate's degree in human services, Social Work, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in workforce development, child support services, or case
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with employment programs and public assistance services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
