• Engage with members to understand backup care needs.
• Identify reliable vendors to fulfill member requests.
• Expand the Care Network with local providers.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of care solutions.
• Ensure at least one viable backup solution within 4-6 hours.
• Collaborate with Care Operations to refine practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of childcare and/or senior care experience, backup care.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or child development is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Proven track record of supporting families in need.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to manage shift schedules independently.
