Part Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Enrich and support the lives of our residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environment
• Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care
• Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance, including using mechanical lift devices

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have a passion to help others through person-centered care
• People-oriented and have a team approach
• Dependable, adaptable, and flexible
• Good communication skills for documenting care, following support plans, and collaborating with
