Part-Time Event Server

📋 Description

• Deliver world-class hospitality service within Convene’s standards.
• Work across NYC locations as part of Convene NYC location pool; adapt to daily operational needs.
• Assist with setup, maintenance, and breakdown of Food & Beverage stations and rooms.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Production, and Technology teams to ensure smooth events.
• Support opening, mid-shift, and closing tasks and maintain sanitation and presentation.
• Flexible schedule with shifts across mornings and evenings; at least 3 weekdays per week preferred.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience; coffee experience and basic F&B knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; able to multitask.
• Motivated team player with service excellence mindset.
• Food Hygiene/Food Handling and TIPS certifications preferred.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work varied or extended hours as needed.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and move objects up to 25 lbs.
