📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service to on-site parties
• Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk
• Control access for tenants, visitors, vendors
• Monitor CCTV cameras and conduct patrols to deter theft
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; document incidents
• Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Experience as door staff or in receptionist/customer service
• Comfortable around dogs/cats/other pets
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Illinois PERC and required training
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical requirements (lift 50 lbs+, patrol, stairs, weather)
