• Lead and coach sales team to achieve daily store goals.
• Drive sales and optimize floor layout using StoreForce/dashboard insights.
• Deliver world-class customer experience with product demos.
• Manage cash handling, store opening/closing, and cash reconciliation.
• Train and develop peers to improve performance and product knowledge.
• Maintain brand standards, merchandising, and store operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory/leadership experience coaching and training.
• Strong problem-solving in day-to-day operations.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical beauty.
