🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience with coaching and training.
• Problem-solving in daily customer service operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
