📋 Description

• Lead and inspire sales associates on the shop floor.
• Drive sales and adjust floor plans using StoreForce.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences and product demos.
• Build brand knowledge on Lush values and skincare.
• Manage cash handling and store opening/closing duties.
• Maintain visuals, merchandising, stock, and inventory processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year minimum experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem solving in day-to-day operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business.
