📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates on the shop floor.
• Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard results and coaching.
• Open/close the store and ensure daily operational excellence.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and motivate staff.
• Train and develop teammates to achieve and exceed goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience with coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills for day-to-day customer service.
• Fast-paced, team environment; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical brand values.
